It was just announced that my favourite hockey team The Seattle Thunderbirds have a new radio station for their games. The games will be broadcast on the funky Monkey 104.9 fm. Here's a Link to the stations web site http://www.funkymonkey1049.fm/main.html

I used to listen to the Funky Monkey in the afternoons on the way home from the park and ride. They had a good afternoon show with Razin & Kennedy - but then the show was canceled so now I listen to the Men's Room on KISW.
I'm kinda suprised that the Funky Monkey will be broadcasting hokey games considering they're an alternative station - but maybe they want to attaract more listeners.
WARNING - if you're listening to 104.9 in the Everett area you sometimes pick up a Candaian radio station that plays "soft rock hits."

Thanks for the info. Im usally listen to just am sports radio stations across th country. I was wondering if the funky monkey radio station would have a good signal up here. I can always listen online which sounds like the best idea for now.
